The Lodge
Looking for peace and quiet? This newly renovated Lodge is part of a 140 acre, self-sustainable farm, located far away from any busy road. It is a refuge from all of the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to the hustle and bustle that it is worth the trip to be able to come back to your own little slice of heaven at the end of the day. Six can sleep comfortably (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twins). On-site amenities include hiking, fishing, or just enjoying the mountain views from one of the porches, or from the fire pit. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Outdoor grill.

The Green House
The Green House at COSY Farms is half 150 year old cabin, and half modern day home. The modern upstairs portion of the Green House has 2 bedrooms, and a master bath. The modern downstairs includes a large kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and tiki room. However, the most unique part of the Green House is the 150 year old cabin, that the modern home was built on to. The Cabin includes one twin size bed on the second story, and a full size bed on the first story, complete with a petite living area. The Green House is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, pastures, ponds, and mountain views, as well as a 150 year old barn, all of which are best viewed from the homes wrap around porch. "We needed to get away with the family & this was perfect! Totally secluded, friendly & thoughtful host. Wonderful communication and perfectly oriented us so we knew how to respect the property. Such a delight to stay here! THIS is our place in TN when we come again. Spectacular views- especially from the fire pit, friendly farm animals, spacious kitchen for making meals, plenty of comfy seating to watch the big game on satellite TV, and easy to sleep in with comfy beds."

"The owner is amazing and super friendly. They made sure we felt like we were home. The house was amazingly clean and so open. I love how they made the outside rustic and the inside is so current. They had many things stocked that we had forgotten which was very helpful. The grandkids loved riding the golf cart and going to the pond to fish. One especially loved the horse, llamas, goats and chickens. The view was spectacular. The drive to get to the grocery store was less than 30 minutes. An amazing place to relax and this one is handicap accessible so there is lots of space. We will definitely be back."

"We had a wonderfully restful getaway at The Lodge. We have stayed in many places booked through differing companies. Often you cannot really tell what you are getting until you arrive. Kevin & Tina have gone far & above with attention to detail & preparation. We particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, ample towels & supplies, and well outfitted kitchen. This is important because it is about 30 minutes to the closest town with restaurants, so it is necessary to eat most meals at the Lodge. Also, the Lodge is pet-friendly, so they even fenced a portion of the yard in back so your pet can be out without a leash. Although somewhat “off the grid”, there is still plenty to do with the farm animals, fishing, hiking, a golf cart to ride around on, and even a fire pit out back for S’mores! Wood for fire pit and wood-burning stove in Lodge is plentifully provided. The Lodge is comfortably spacious for a couple or for the whole family. Also, just 45 minutes to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. We would highly recommend this property!"
